THANKS FOR BEING HERE!
Hey there!
Natalie here! Here is a brief background of me and my story.
I fell in love with photos as a girl. I never knew it would take me to a career in photography til I was in highschool trying to figure out what the heck I wanted to do with my life. Photos have always been the way I remember. Photos are my memory. Photos are the way I see the world. I mean, who doesn't love to look back in their camera roll or at old family albums and reminisce or look at the frames on your wall and see sweet memories? I am so thankful for this art that I love and for the people and animals I get to meet along the way.
I graduated from Randolph Community College in NC with an AAS degree in Photographic Technology-Portrait Studio Management. From specializing in PSM, I found a love for pet photography and hoped to incorporate that into portrait photography and eventually be an equine photographer capturing horses and their riders.
Cv19 through a wrench in my future plans and after I graduated from college I put my business goals on hold. I got a full time job as a manager at a farm/feed store, got married, and then found out I was expecting our first baby. I knew it was time to get back to my dream before our daughter came so I quit my fulltime job and started my LLC. I am very proud of my first year in business as primarily a family photographer and very thankful for the families I met this past year. I still plan to keep photographing families but I now plan to expand into equine photography until I can focus on just that. I have learned a lot and grown my business and I now believe I can grow into this new venture while still taking care of my families I am capturing now.
I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. It was only natural for me to combine my love for photography and animals! Since I was a child, I have wanted to be a farmers wife and hopefully someday that dream will come true. I do not currently own a horse but I grew up around them, enjoy riding, and look forward to the connections I will make and people and horses I will meet along the way.
